Constitutional Law In Pakistan.

Constitutional law consists primarily of the interpretation of the federal constitution, and secondarily of the states' constitutions, which are pertinent to the case before a court. They involve such areas as guarantees to individuals of certain fundamental rights, including the right of compensation for taking of private property of someone's domain, the right of privacy, the right to travel, and the right to vote. It includes recognition of procedural requirements, which are necessary before an individual's right to liberty or property can be interfered with by a governmental institution. Constitutional law also describes the fabric of the American system, detailing the organization of government at the federal level, the state government at the state level, and establishing the basic framework of the state and federal relationship. Constitutional law has had a significant impact on the practice of medicine, particularly in the areas of reproduction, abortions, the right to privacy, and in end-of-life matters, such as advanced directives and living wills.
